I am getting playback node error’s and then nothing works properly. i have several clients that are getting this error as well. What is causing it and how do i resolve without rebooting the system?

Info we need:
- operating system
copy of the showfile
export of the log files after the crashes.
what were you doing when the node errors happen?
Can you recreate it regularly, if so how?
The playback nodes are Vista’s background processing processes.
Are you letting the computer hibernate/sleep? This would be a common cause of this happening because the computer is shutting down the background processes but keeping the main app active. Needless to say, Vista doesn’t support sleep/hibernation.
