Vista Showfile Error (Please Respond ASAP)

I get a error saying this:

What can i do to fix this, i have a show in 1 week and i need anything i can get. I have been saving and ejected the USB stick before shutting down so i dont understand why this happens. Any other showfile is working thats on that USB stick but no the one i need. Please let me know on what i can do
