I have Vista and PVP both on the same computer. I am having trouble getting the two programs to talk to each other and am not sure if I can do that within the same computer over art net.
I have not attempted to use both on the same machine however this is not something we would recommend in a show situation. PVP requires some heavy resources from the computer and will cause Vista to stop outputting data. This may also be part of what you are seeing.
I was having similar issues with Resolume running on the same computer. Moral of the story, it won’t work. The ports with conflict. Get a cheap mac mini or laptop and then network them together.
