Problem with two consoles and artnet in one network

So far I used two Vista EXs on two different computers in the network (as a backup) - then I used physical DMX outputs. Yesterday the lighting system was connected to Artnet -one console works fine, but connecting another console and sync show causes the line to be blocked and no output signal to devices at all.

Unfortunately, due to some error, it is not possible to have two synchronized consoles in one network with artnet and with large productions there is no backup.

What is your Vista version number?
There was a tracking backup Artnet bug at some point. Update to R3.1 If you still have issues, please submit an official support ticket on our website:

I use version R3.1 - checked by a friend of the producer on his computers and the same effect
