For some reason my software is not allowing me to patch any generic fixtures. Anything that already has a profile works, but I cannot drag or manually patch anything from the “generic” list. My firmware is up to date and I have reinstalled the software. This feature is working correctly on the same software in another space in our building. Any ideas?
Open your fixture editor.
Press Library > regenerate fixture type library.
Delete any “generic” fixtures that appear in your “user” library.
You should then be able to patch fixtures as normal.
Note: this is a bug that has already been fixed
