I tried connecting both a Vista EX and S1 to the same Mac Mini which we use to run Vista in our smaller spaces. Is there a way to have both consoles connected to have the extra faders? We do have another EX in another space but ideally I’d like to try and get the S1 to work concurrently with the EX. Is I connect either hardware on its own, it recognises it all fine but the second I put the other one in it starts to slowly fade down the grand master, ignoring the hardware levels and GM disabling I do. If I just need to use another EX that’s fine, but I’d love to know if it is possible. We also have other old Jands Vista consoles which I’d love to eventually try out when we do have gigs our theatre space.
Also, is there a way to set a button to be a LR button just like on either side of the screen on an L5? I’d love to incorporate touch screens into the console workflow in the theatre space but the lack of a LR button makes it difficult to be fluid while programming.
