Lights "Jump" when using HTP and block cues

Hi I am encountering a strange issue in my main cue list. To demonstrate this I have created a simple example.

I am currently runing the latest beta of R5.

Cuelist 1 (The main cuelist has a priority of normal and HTP is not enabled)
Cuelist 2 (A blinder override cuelist that adds both white color and intensity, which has a high priority and HTP enabled) (also has a fader type of all features)

When I advance over the blocked cue with the high priority cuelist with HTP the color jumps to a different color when the cue is played then jumps back to the color it should be. When I try the same thing again with the same cue without the blocking attribute it works as expected.

I would expect the base color to change in the main cuelist over the cue time of 5 seconds, thus effecting the HTP overlay final color, rather than snapping right when I click play.

I have noticed it does not jump when the priorites of the cuelists are the same, but I want the blinder cuelist to have a higher priority over the main cuelist.

It is not good during services because while the subtle change is ok, the snap really grabs the audiences attention.
Is this an intended feature, or a bug? Is there any way to prevent this?
