Help contacting support

how to get in touch with someone at vista when they don’t contact you after you submitted a ticket. I know but was only 2 weeks ago but I need to resolve issue before Christmas, or well have to move on to a different platform.

Do you have a VSR ticket number? This would normally suggest we have received your request.
Could you submit it again if you do not have one?

Support tickets are usually responded to within 24 hours. Apologies if you have run into some delays for some reason.

Where would such number be - don’t remember receiving and number on either ticket I submitted on web site

Resubmitted for the 3rd time and finally got a email with a vsr#4092

Tried getting the log file but when I type in “help > log file” I get nothing.
