The last couple of months about 3 times during our church service and in the middle of a cue all fixtures go to 100% bright white. We are looking for some help.
Does this happen when you click play on a cue or just randomly with a certain cue? Also what software are you using and do you have a VIsta USB License that the computer Recognizes?
Upgrade to R3.1, if you have not already.
This happened during a cue when nothing is being touched hands off. We have been on this system for about a year with a recognizable usb and an EX board running Vista 3 R3. This system just started tgis a couple months ago. Today i finally got in touch with Vista and the fix is in the 3.1 that was released in Dec 2021.
