I love vista but they don’t have many touring-able consoles; when can we have something like an MA3? I think it’d help Vista’s business in the touring side!
I know Chroma Q are currently working on new hardware as we speak - it will likely include motorized faders and screens, I don’t know how it will be physically laid out or when we will see it - but it is being actively worked on right now !
I’d love @jack.moorhouse to send us some CAD sketches or something
It’s been quite a while now — almost seven years since the last Vista hardware release — so I’m really hoping we’ll see something new this year. It’ll be interesting to see what features Chroma-Q includes in their first fully designed Vista console.
Altough i am curious also it’s probably not a good idea for a business to share these kind of designs before release. You wouldn’t want for competition to undermine or steal the designs…
Hopefully we will see something at LDI this year!
Almost a year later and still no console to rival any of the GMA family, Obsidian…
Can you at least provide some hope it willl have motorized backlit faders, large on-board touch screens, multiple playback buttons and fader banks…? A legitimate prototype picture would be great.
I’m in the market to purchase several consoles for worship venues. I’ve held off making the jump to GMA to keep volunteers on Vista software but I won’t purchase another EX.
Are you a member of the Vista Facebook users group. There have been a few posts from yours truly on this topic.
We are getting close to being able to share all
We arn’t in the business of launching products and then making our users wait years for working software or even the hardware they purchased.
I think you will be pleasantly surprised and it will be worth the wait… Yes to all ![]()
Hi Jack, Thanks for the feedback. I’ve been very happy with the rollout of software updates and new features. Looking forward to the product release. I’m sure you can’t wait to unveil it either.
