I have mapped certain buttons that are different to the default (select, play, flash) to Cuelists on my EX console. Everytime my show gets loaded, these Cuelist Buttons reset to this default state. I cannot figure out how to save these into the show so I don’t have to reassign all my buttons every time I load a show. Has anyone experienced this or am I missing a setting?
Are you sure you are saving/loading the showfile that you think you are?
Submit a support request with a copy of your showfile, detailing which lists you are changing to what and we will be able to assist you there
