The issue is when I slide up a slider on the vista X VE software vista3 glitches up and down for that slider and it causes all of my cues and patches to glitch up-and-down. The digital part of the slider glitches when I push the slider up it literally just glitches right back down but on the vista eX the slider is actually still up! Please help! Also, i can recreate this issues when I tap the EX unit. We just purchased the EX from sweet water. Please help!
Sounds like a hardware issue, I’d contact your dealer and email support
I am having the same problem with my Vista MV. It is also fader 1 that is the worst however I am starting to see it on other faders. My console is right at about 1 year old and is used very little. However, it’s causing some really bad errors to happen in my show files.
