Is it a dongle from a T-series console? I ran into that same issue with old 8k dongles from T consoles.

for 3r4 version all ok

I had the same issue. For some reason, I had to install Vista R4.1 and then overwrite the files with the installation of R5, and that fixed the issue. Unfortunately, I’ve had to do this on multiple computers when upgrading.
