Vista 3 R2 is now here

Following the successful launch of Vista 3 in September, we are pleased to announce ‘Release 2’ (R2) of our crowd-pleasing Vista 3 lighting and media control software.

R2 introduces a number of new features including:

~ Expanded fixed installation and external trigger capabilities

~ An Astronomical clock

~ New auto show load options

In addition to above - existing features have been enhanced to provide:

~ A further improved FX engine

~ An expanded Command Line functionality

~ An updated factory library

For any Mac users that are having issues running Vista you may need to allow apps from anywhere to run. Apple is making this option progressively harder to find in each new OSX version and is intimidating the user into thinking the application is damaged and must be deleted.

To allow Vista to run you will need to open a terminal Window and run this script:

sudo spctl --master-disable

Press enter and then input your password
Press enter again and you should be able to go back and open Vista.

This will now show and enable the “Allows Apps from Anywhere” option in the Security Preferences window.
