My s1 worked with the beta version just fine but now I’ve upgraded to the full release version its not working. I was expecting to have to do a red and yellow button firmalware update but thats not working. The software sees the s1 as it tells me it needs a firmware update but it never progresses past that point despite multiple restarts.
Is there anything new that would stop the firmware update from happening?
Update. I reinstalled the beta version to confirm the desk was working and then reinstalled the new version with the desk connected and it is now working.
