Remove a cue without changing following ones?

Cue 3 turns the light blue, and that persists for Cue 4 and onward.
Can I delete Cue 3 without it changing the rest of the cues? How?
(The manual talks about how to insert cues without changing the following, but not about deleting).

Press “delete cue” and tick the “cue only” checkbox.
