Prior to V3, we could control our S3 remotely with a smartphone or tablet through a VNC. Now it will not connect. Can’t seem to find any documentation on how to fix this. Or maybe there is no fix? Any info would be appreciated.
The S3 is simply a USB control surface to Vista running on a host computer. In order to VNC into the machine you would need to have VNC server software running on that host machine. There is no change in this between Vista 2 and Vista 3, you have always needed to install VNC software on the host computer.
Now if you are referring to an I3 that has been upgraded to Windows 10 and Vista 3. You will also now need to install VNC server software to Windows in order to do this.
