Bug when tweaking old FX templates in cues

Should I send bug reports here, or keep emailing them? I didn’t get any confirmation from the last two I sent to the support email, other than the automated reply.

Anyways, it seems that when tweaking values in old user FX templates, it tweaks the values in the originating cue. I ran into this at my gig last weekend and figured out the circumstances just now. The current factory FX templates and newly saved user templates don’t seem to have this problem, just older user FX. For example:
Cue 1: apply an old user fx template
Cue 2: tweak some values. It doesn’t insert new event information, rather it modifies the values in cue 1.
I guess the solution for now is just deleting my old fx templates and making new ones, just wanted to make sure this was on your guys’ radar though.

We have changed how swing FXs are handled in recent versions of Vista.
It’s possible you are running into issues with old FX templates.

I’d recommend recreating them in the latest version.
Applying the old template and resaving may be enough.
