I’m attempting to support my church with their Vista Lights system. Because I’m just learning the software I’m needing more time with the software and unable to spend unlimited time at church. So I downloaded the Vista software to my home computer to learn how to add lights to the universe. The actual light fixture didn’t come with a manual, so is not a part of the factory list within Vista. I’m not able to plug the actual light fixture into a regular socket at home (requires 240 v) so I bought a generic simplier light fixture. However the software is not recognizing the light via the usb to dmx cable.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you work around this?
