Enttec Usb to DMX support

Hello All,

Recently purchased a 128 Chan license. I have also purchased a Enttec Open USB to DMX Dongle. I have gone through the steps of installing the software and when trying to connect a universe in the patch window I am unable to see any device that I can output to. Is there something I am missing?

Vista only supports Vista branded USB to DMX devices. You can use third party network (sACN and Artnet) devices but not third party USB devices.

The Enttec website should show compatible software with their USB devices which does not include Vista.
