Hello, is it possible to move a license from the USB Dongle to our CPU hard drive?
Our USB ports are occasionally having trouble reading the license.

What do you mean by CPU Hard drive?

Do you mean an internal spare USB port on your internal motherboard - Yes this should work.

Can the USB license be transferred to a hard coded hard drive = no.

If you are having intermittent issues, you may have a defective dongle.
