Patch File

I’ve Noticed that when ever our campus location gives our patch file to someone to import into a new show, it always unpatches own Chauvet ColorBand Pix. Is there a setting im missing or is this a bug? It places them all down in the cloned section of the patch window.

How are you sending the patch file and how is this being brought into the new show? Are you using CSV export? Is this patch to overwrite an existing patch?

Usually when fixtures do not patch it means that the channel count has changed. If that is the same then I am not sure why that is happening. Can you send over a copy of your show file to vistasupport@chroma-q.com

They are importing the CSV into a new file when they unpatch. Ill email you shortly.
