it would be handy to have one cue go to the next constantly with music, and I this is the easiest way I can think of for that to work. If there’s another way, I’d love to learn about it!

Yes this is a great idea! I program lightshows to music all the time and wish there was a better way to sync the timings of cues with the BPM of the song. +1 for sure.
If BPM isn’t an option, I would love to have the ablity to be more precise with seconds, like setting a cue for 2.57 seconds instead of having to choose 2.5 or 2.6 seconds.
