For tips and tricks regarding busking and effects, check out the Vista 3 Tips and Tricks youtube channel, which is actually run by a member of this forum!
Lastly, if you have a question about what a button does in Vista or, for example, what an FX Master is, look it up in the latest version of the user guide, which can be found here.
