The pan, tilt, and intensity control knobs do absolutely nothing. I have checked connections and restarted the program with no change. Also my big play button will not advance any show that is on the sliders. It will only advance what it shows as the default.

Sounds like you are in Playback mode rather than ICGB mode.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue, and I know I have it in the correct mode.
