# Vista V2 With a MacBook Air M2

I Was just wondering if you where still able to use Vista V2 with the MacBook M Chips

Will it work - maybe.

Is it officially tested and given the developer stamp of approval - no.

I’d recommend to update to Vista V3. That has been given the official stamp of approval on Apple M series devices.

Vista V2 is so old, at this point I’m surprised Jack said it might work at all 😆
