# Vista v2 Dongle Not Connecting in Vista v3

I am running Vista v3 on a PC and the dongle is plugged in but it is not being detected by Vista, is there a driver somewhere that needs to be installed for the dongle?

Download and install this version (gui run time for Windows)

Make sure you have full admin privileges on your user account.
