# Vista MV Control Surface Flickering

The control surface is causing all of our lights to flicker and shut off and on. Is there a fix for this?

The fault could also be environmental.

Provide full details of the issue.  
Operating system  
Showfiles  
Export of the log files (help \> export log files)

How are the lights connected? Directly by DMX? Ethernet?  
Which lights fllicker? some or all?  
When did they start flickering? What changed before it?
