# Media File channel always at DMX 23

As the title states, i have a custom fixture profile with 1 Media File channel. The channel always shows DMX 23 and no messing changes it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Not based on that information I am afraid.  
Feel free to submit an official support request and attach your custom fixture profile.
