We replaced some old lights with new ones, replacing the fixture type. Afterwards, we can program color and intensity into the cue and see these changes when clicking on the cue in the editor. BUT, when we play the cue, the color in the editor turns black and the light doesn’t output. there’s a black square on the color picker. This happens for every active cue. When a cue is inactive and selected, you can once again see the intended color again. What’s happening that is causing the light to not output color when being played back? If I edit the active cue, you can see the color and output again, but after leaving the cue and playing it again, it’s once again dark. halp!
