Hi all

I’ve been having an issue with loading show files. Programmed a show (a large one that took days 😳)
Saved the file and changed the name of it, the next day at the gig, the showfile wouldn’t load 😮.
Came up with “parse error” and “bad allocation”. Luckily the last autobackup file loaded and I was able to run that. It’s not the first time it’s happened, another showfile I did prior had loaded but didn’t run properly like it was corrupted.

Any thoughts on this are much appreciated

Thanks

Dave

Have you sent the files to support?

It was a while ago, I think I got around the issue by creating a new show then merging the old
show in. I’ve since found low hard drive space can cause saving errors, as well as it’s a good idea to save to an external drive often, and rename the files eg: V1, V2.
