# Colors won't change on Chauvet QWash 560Zs

Hello, I have eight Chauvet QWash 560Zs that are no longer responding to color-related commands. Intensity, zoom, position all work. I have restarted everything and reset the QWashes. Any ideas why this one parameter set is not getting through?

Have you double checked the addressing and patching?

Thank you for your response. Yes, I did check the addressing and patching. I later learned that another operator had parked the color feature for all those fixtures. Once unparked, they all worked correctly again.
